The presiding officer of Cornerstone Lodge No. 91 is titled as the Worshipful Master. He is accountable for the actions of the Lodge and presides over all Lodge meetings. He is the primary officer of the three principal officers of a Lodge and serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the organization.

The Senior Warden is the second principal officer of the Lodge who is responsible for fulfilling all duties assumed by law or directed by the Worshipful Master of the Lodge. He is a leader in training who assists the Worshipful Master during business and preparing to serve as the principal officer should the need arise or should he be given the authority to do so by the Worshipful Master.

The Junior Warden is the third principal officer of the Lodge who is responsible for fulfilling all duties assumed by law or directed by the higher ranking officers. He is also a leader in training who oversees the brethren of the Lodge outside of business meetings.
